On project completion, the Customer Care Centre team gathers direct feedback from the client to ensure they are satisfied with the level of service they have experienced. This information is compiled into a report format and becomes part of the Quality Process in assessing our technicians and Fortlock’s performance on meeting our customer’s expectations. This report is reviewed weekly by the Quality Manager, and any actions required are initiated through the quality process, meeting the company’s ISO 9001:2008 standards.
