Our partnership continues after installation as our team support you in the operation and monitoring of your new system. We offer on-site and telephone support through to remote software diagnostics, which means cost saving and convenience for your organisation.    We schedule regular maintenance visits with our skilled technicians to ensure continuous optimum function and performance of your security or telecommunications system.


We have a 24 hour call out service with our Customer Monitoring Centre, so you can be assured of on-going protection.  You can rest assured that when a critical signal is received our trained monitoring team will alert the appropriate emergency personnel immediately.

 

Reporting

Standard monitoring reports are available for our clients, detailing all activity.  And just like our security and telecommunications systems, our reports can also customised to your specific requirements.

 

Fault Analysis

Fortlock monitoring produces a daily report that enables our staff to track trends and liaise with you to rectify issues.  Along with the elimination of security risks, this benefits you in cost saving with a reduction in after-hours call-outs to staff and patrol response companies.
